Take care of your mind and body every Thursday with a Qigong session at the Morcone Center (inside if the weather is poor, outside if the weather is good).
Qigong is a slow moving exercise that enhances your health and well being. It is a meditative movement for building up strength in your body, mind and spirit. You become more flexible and energized through this practice.
