Donate In Kind
A gift-in-kind is typically an item or a service donated to the charity of your choice. In-kind donations are usually tangible assets that you can put your hands on, (cars, furniture, office goods, artwork, or other tangible items). Please call the Mission Advancement Office at 781-749-2155 x 243 if you wish to donate an in-kind item.

Endowments
A gift to the endowment fund is a charitable donation in the form of real property, assets, or funds given to Glastonbury Abbey for a specific purpose. The principal of the endowment is invested, and the interest is used to fund projects. Donors can restrict their donation for a specific project, such as sponsoring a lecture series or financing a building or program. Please contact us if you wish to give an Endowment.

The Benedictine Fund
The Benedictine Fund is the simplest way for donors to provide for the future of Glastonbury Abbey. Your donation to the Benedictine Fund gives us the necessary funding for current and ongoing expenses. Please consider this avenue of donation.

Memorial and Gifts in Honor
A gift in honor or memory of a loved one may be given at any time.

Tribute Gifts
Commemorate a special day birth, anniversary, wedding, religious anniversary or another special commemoration.

Direct cash gifts
These gifts are the most common form of giving to a charitable institution such as Glastonbury and can be unrestricted or designated for a specific purpose. Cash gifts may be made outright and are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

Securities
Outright gifts of appreciated securities (stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares can offer substantial tax savings. Federal income tax laws allow for deduction of the full market value of long term appreciated securities.

Bequests
