Join John Sheff for three hybrid (online and in person) presentations which will focus on becoming the best version of yourself. Self-agency refers to a person\u2019s ability to influence one\u2019s own life by understanding available resources and taking efficient means-end actions. In presentation one and two, religion is seen as one among many available resources in overcoming anxiety and depression. By understanding its benefits and limitations, one is better able to make effective choices in pursuit of wellness. In presentation #3, a philosophical question is raised about wild spaces, with choices that have both benefits and limitations.<\/p>\n
