“Centering Prayer Spirituality” with Ethel Fraga

Centering Prayer is an approach to contemplative spirituality that started at St Joseph’s Abbey in Spencer, MA. These two mornings will include: Centering prayer as a form of sitting meditation, Lectio Divina, Welcoming prayer, and Walking Meditation.

This program will be presented in person only (numbers limited, masks required and proof of vaccination at the door).
